Order Processing:
Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way!
Returning Items
Eligibility:
Items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached (unless there's a manufacturer defect).
You have 15 days from purchase to request a return.
Initiating a Return:
Email refunds@dotadoapparel.com with your request and reason for return.
We'll review your request and respond with instructions (including a return address) if approved.
Important Notes:
We reserve the right to deny returns that don't meet our policy.
Include a signed copy of your receipt with the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
Like-new items can be exchanged for a different size or color within 15 days (no restocking fee). However, return shipping is your responsibility.
Exceptions:
We cannot accept returns for worn, used, or altered items.
